Where, when and how refunds apply

It's very important to us that you stay satisfied with the products and services you get from us. This refund policy is part of our commitment of offering the best customer experience you might have before, during and after the purchase of any of our products or services.

Our customers are eligible for a refund anytime that the below conditions are met. Refunds can be requested by directly contacting us up to 14 days after the purchase is made and the payment is confirmed by our payment processor. In any case, refunds imply in full removal of any products or services included in the refunded purchase.

This refund policy is based on the nature of our products and services and takes in account our target audience. If none of the below conditions are met in your case, please do not ask or insist for a refund. Feel free, anyway, to contact us anytime you might have any questions about your purchase.

Products refunds

Refunds for products purchases will only be accepted in the following cases:
  • The purchase was done fraudulently (for instance, by someone who stole your credit card).
  • Multiple purchases of the same item were done accidentally.
  • You weren't contacted by our customer service within 48 hours after the payment has been confirmed.
  • The product doesn't function or doesn't include a feature as advertised.
  • Our technical service fails to fix a reported and confirmed bug within 7 days.

Services refunds

Refunds for services purchases will only be accepted in the following cases:
  • The purchase was done fraudulently (for instance, by someone who stole your credit card).
  • Multiple purchases of the same item were done accidentally.
  • The product doesn't function or doesn't include a feature as agreed between the parts.
  • Our technical service fails to fix a reported and confirmed bug within 7 days.
